Matt is dedicated to helping business owners exit and driving sustainable growth afterwards. With over 25 years of experience leading startup companies, billion dollar portfolios, and portfolio development through acquisitions and integrations, he has a track record of guiding companies through growth and transitions. In addition to Matt’s role at 25×30 Acquisitions, he is the CEO of NightWare, a medical device company treating PTSD nightmares.

With over 30 years as a successful small business owner, David Tucker serves as a Partner at 25×30 Acquisitions, where he focuses on guiding business owners through a seamless and rewarding transition into retirement. Formerly, David led a successful electronics service company, overseeing all facets of operations, sales, and strategy—a background that gives him a firsthand understanding of the dedication required to build a business and the importance of finding the right successor.
